Stay away from processed foods and eat more fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins. Also, join a gym or take up a sport so that you are motivated to workout regularly.
5. Focus on Good Posture
Poor posture can contribute to back pain. Focus on good posture by getting into the habit of standing up straight with your ears over your shoulders, your shoulders over your hips, and your hips over your ankles.
